What you Need to know
1) The quantity of carpet required to re-carpet your course. We have diagramed the proper way to measure for new carpet, minimizing waste. Click Here

2) You will need to bring in a dumpster for trash. The average 18 hole mini golf course requires a 20 yard dumpster
When ordering carpet allow 7 - 10 days leed time to ship
3) LFI will supply and deliver outdoor adhesive, seperate line item on estimate
4) Weather is critical, Slab temperature can not be below 40 degrees .Temps below 40 degrees may result in adhesive failure
Adhesive failure may occur if concrete is not dry and free of any dirt

1) Remove loose debris daily. A standard vacuum cleaner can be used on the fairway. Only use a vacuum without a beater bar for the rough and bunker carpet. We recommend sweeping or hosing for heavier debris.
Weekly / Bi-monthly,rinse the carpet with a garden hose
2) Cleaning Procedures For Specific Problems
* Embedded soil- Remove with a carpet rake or soft bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly with water from a garden hose.
* Mold / Mildew - Use a 3 to 1 solution of bleach and water.Spray affected area and allow to soak for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. If residue
( white film) appears continuing rinsing until residue disappears.
* Crushing - Inherent characteristic of olefin products and cannot be prevented. Appearance can be improved by regularly sweeping against the grain of the carpet.
3) Periodic Cleaning Procedures
Annually or bi-annually,clean course with hot or cold water extraction. do not use detergent
4) Seasonal Maintenance
Do not cover your course during off season. Covering your course would allow water to condensate under the cover and could cause overall mold and mildew .
Carpet will not be adversely affected by leaving it uncovered.

5) After removal of existing carpet the course will need to be pressure washed, and excess adhesive removed This is the slab prep charge on your estimate. If your course has been re-carpeted more than twice additional labor may be required to remove any large buildup of adhesive

Mini Golf Carpet Installation
What we do
* Assist in calculating the quantity of carpet needed for your course.
* The average install requires three to four days if the course is closed.
Arrangement can be made to install the carpet at night when your course is closed,enabling you to continue operating during your normal business hours. However this will add on average two days to the install at a slightly higher yardage rate.
* In some cases Heavy build up of adhesive will need to be cleaned up,This usually occurs in courses that have been re-carpeted more than twice. We sand off the excess adhesive with heavy grit sanding discs, this is included in the slab prep line item on your estimate
* Remove existing carpet and dispose of trash in owner supplied receptacle
* Pressure wash concrete to remove dirt and any loose adhesive
* Repair basic stress cracks in concrete ( included with slab prep). excessive concrete issues would be an additional charge quoted up front.
* Repair loose pavers up to fifty (included with slab prep)
* Install new carpet, no additional charge for fringe and bunker.
We do not charge for any balance of carpet not installed.
* Extensive care is taken to protect against damage to plants . Where necessary we will use the old carpet as a template for the new, avoiding damage to landscaping.
* Only the highest quality outdoor adhesive is used
* Great care is given to clean up, your course is left free of any debris and ready to play.
